Membership renewal process

Dear Subscriber,

I owe everyone an apology. Some of you may have received the membership renewal e-mail once, twice or never.  It was sent to all members but appears to have been caught by spam filters by many or just undelivered to others.  As a result, I have manually sent to all members that had not already renewed.  This may mean you got it multiple times (sorry). 

I've included images of what the renewal e-mail looks like below as well as a capture of the renewal page once you have hit "Click Here To Make The Renewal Payment". These are images to show this is not a scam (as a new process) and not active links.

I am not so worried about everyone (or anyone) renewing before August 31st, but wanted to ensure that you had the renewal link before the expiry date as things are going to happen fast and furious on September 1st.  So you want to be sure to renew at least a day in advance.


What happens September 1st?

  1. Renewals will expire so everyone that has not renewed will be bumped off Slack until they renew.
  2.  If you have not renewed and are a subscriber to ConnectsUs HR, that coverage will terminate and your clients will have to pay to continue at the end of their contract.
  3. Event registrations will open and if you have not renewed, then non-member rates will apply to bookings (twice as expensive).
  4. We will be launching our CGIB hybrid plan project
  5. More will follow in the fall including the possibility of another CGIB Plan administrator checklist workshop (if enough interest).

Thanks again for your ongoing support of the group.  We not only are better together, but would not exist if it were not for you.
