Using real life examples, we'll take a deep dive into how LTD claims work, their processes and the polices that impact their usage. We'll look at topics such as when and how an employee should apply for LTD benefits to prevent a delay in their disability payments. We'll review the different definitions of disability, and how these impact an employee's eligibility for benefits.
