For the first time we'll have the Plan Administrator Checklist Workshop presented with an employment lawyer in attendance (and participating) . This valuable resource will be available to throw her two cents in on many of the contentious issues that affect employers. A legal take on items like changing conditions of employment, implementing company policies, dealing with disabilities and difficult terminations will make this event more valuable than ever. This smaller workshop style event will encourage interaction throughout, so bring your cases, and areas of concern for group discussion.
This event is made for advisors, assistants, insurers, TPA's and anyone that is interested in taking their benefits game to a new level. Many of the attendees have participated in this event multiple times over the years learning new things each time.
